Why are you running for this position? I loved the position this past year. I enjoy representing the students and being the liaison between administrators and the student body. There’s nothing better than being a part of student government, and I’d like to serve the students for one more year.
What changes would you like to see made next year? The most important thing to me would have to be school spirit. I take great pride in Rider and I’d like to share that passion with the students. We are part of a great university and increasing pride in our school would make it even greater. Also, I’d like to continue to work on the Safe Rides program. It may not ever be a perfect system, but there’s always room for improvement. Finally, I’d like to work more closely with the Westminster campus and create stronger relations between the student governments.
Why should people vote for you? Theodore Roosevelt once said, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” I truly care about our university and the students I serve. I’d love to make our university a better place today, tomorrow and for years to come.
Any additional comments: Please come out and vote. It doesn’t matter whom you vote for or why you’re doing it. All of the candidates work so hard and they need your support.
