Unity Days full of multicultural food and dance
To celebrate unity on campus, the Student Entertainment Council organized a Multicultural Food Fest on Wednesday, Oct. 15, in the Cavalla Room. Students and teachers lined up to get a sample of many different types of food including fried rice, baked ziti, pad thai and much, much more. The free food drew a large crowd and brought together not only the Rider community, but different cultures as well. The event also featured dance performances from Rider students and a new cultural dance team called Kultour. Irish dancing, step, tap and other choreographed routines helped bring the Cavalla Room to life and added to the multicultural atmosphere.
