Public Safety observed criminal mischief while doing its rounds near the Alpha Xi Delta sorority house. On Saturday, Sept. 15, at 1:14 a.m., Public Safety saw someone attempting to destroy a small tree. A male visitor was later IDed as a suspect and has been charged with vandalism. The University plans to PNG him from campus.
