Why are you running for this position? My previous responsibilities in the clubs and activities that I participated in have prepared me as a leader to manage the responsibilities of SGA Secretary.
What changes would you like to see made next year? Next year, I would like to see a more responsible allocation of funds. There needs to be certain priorities and a great deal of discretion when it comes to spending. I believe things like $25,000 for “Holiday lights” should not take priority over much-needed washers and dryers in the residence halls.
How would you go about making those changes? Being a part of SGA executive board will provide me with the opportunity to be more effective and assist in agenda setting. I would like to be a voice of reason during the decision-making processes of SGA.
