433 Less than a minute

A visitor was arrested and charged with smoking marijuana on Saturday, Feb. 9, at about 3:30 a.m. Public Safety saw two males smoking a substance from a glass pipe and, when approached, one of them fled off campus. LTPD was notified and arrested the other suspect. Papers have been filed to have him PNGed.
