What issue(s) is/are most important to you in this election? Why? Our current executive board coined the “4 C’s” as key issues we needed to address. I believe while great progress has been made, there is still much to do in these regards. The 4 C’s are: Communication, Collaboration, Consciousness and Continuation.
What would you do if elected to foster a more harmonious relationship between the two campuses? Much has already been done in this regard, and I would continue to work on fostering a better sense of community at the university. The Executive Board must continue to serve as stewards of positive relationships between the campuses. I would also encourage Recognized Student Organizations and Class Governments to keep teaming up with organizations from the Lawrenceville campus to ensure more successful and enjoyable events. I am so pleased to see students across the campuses banding together to better various Student Life concerns, such as modifying the smoking policy, adopting similar governing documents and expressing our desire for a fall break. I will continue my efforts and insist that conversation and open communication is an essential first step to achieving and affecting positive change.
