One ‘huck’ of a tourney

Last weekend was filled with hucks and hammer throws as the Rider Ultimate Frisbee team (RUF) held its third annual Huck of the Fools, a two-day tournament that took place on Daly’s Intramural Fields and the back fields on the Lawrenceville campus.

A total of 11 schools competed, including Rowan University, University of Connecticut, Princeton University, Millersville University, Montclair University, Middletown Community College, Ramapo College, Drew University, Stockton College and St. Joseph’s University.

Round-robin matches on Saturday allowed teams to rotate between playing and watching. Sunday’s games were played for elimination. In the end, UConn took first place.
