Negotiations come to a close as administration, AAUP reach agreement

The administration and American Association of University Professors (AAUP) have reached an tentative agreement subject to ratification by the AAUP and the University Board of Trustees, the university announced in a statement on Oct. 5.  Classes will continue as usual on Oct. 6, and a strike will not take place. The AAUP also reported this information on the Rider University Chapter of the AAUP website.
