Letter to the editor

As a graduate, I’m saddened to hear about the end of Rider’s participation in Midnight Run. I understand resources are limited, but I think it’s paramount that we keep in mind what is important here. College is about more than just grades. The program had a profound impact on my life and I would hate to see this be the end. I am certain that this decision would not have been made if the powers that be had participated in one of our trips and they had witnessed the extreme impact on the homeless and themselves.
