A report of assault led to a male visitor receiving an alcohol violation. On Sunday, Oct. 14, at 1:32 a.m., Public Safety was approached in Daly’s Dining Hall by a male visitor who said that he was assaulted by an unknown suspect in a building on campus. He would not say what building he had been in.

The victim had an abrasion near his right eye. Public Safety observed the male had trouble standing, and the officers could smell alcohol on his breath. He had no identification on him and was transported to a local hospital. He later told the authorities that he had fallen and was not assaulted. The visitor has been PNGed from campus and has been charged by the Lawrence Township Police Department for underage drinking.
