Why are you running for this position? I have always enjoyed numbers when going through school and with being past V.P. of Finance for my fraternity it gave me experience in making budgets and allocating funds. I have always been a people person and with the job of SGA Treasurer, I would be interacting with peers, faculty, staff and the board of directors, which I would enjoy.
What changes would you like to see made next year?
I would like to see the change on how money is spent with the student activities fee to continue changing. This year with my experience through Finance Board, we have been more stiff on how money is spent for organizations. I don’t want to just hand organizations money for a vacation but rather give them money to better themselves.
