Dancing toward Brighter Days

The Rider Dance Ensemble is putting on its annual spring show, Brighter Days, tonight at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. in the Yvonne Theater in Fine Arts. The performance is open and free to the public and showcases the choreography of 19 different groups.

Dressed in all blue, Courtney Schumacher’s group dances to “On Your Porch,” performed by The Format. The song is a slow, personal ballad about the past.
