Kadyhrob’s arraignment results in hearing at Superior Court
UPDATE:
At 8:45 this morning, the Lawrence Township Municipal Court declared Tony Kadyhrob’s actions at Rider an indictable defense and ordered the defendant to appear at a hearing at the Mercer County Superior Court in Trenton on Tuesday, April 12.
The Honorable Paul Catanese P.J.M.C, also banned Kadyhrob from the property of any educational facility in the state of New Jersey.
Kadyhrob, 68, was unable to produce a psychiatric evaluation and thus violated his bail terms. He has been given a week’s time to fulfill that order.
The judge informed Kadyhrob that the evaluation is a demand of the court and if it is not acquired in the time allotted his bail will be revoked and he will be sent to an adult correctional center.
