Big Sean and Four Drunks
And then there were four. On Oct. 16, starting at 8:17 p.m., seven students were initially thought to be under the influence of alcohol during the Big Sean concert. An EMT was requested for assistance, but only four students were found intoxicated. All four were underage. The students were transferred to a medical facility for further treatment. They were cited for alcohol policy violations, and the matter has been referred to the Office of Community Standards.
Who turned off the lights? On Oct. 16 at 7:24 a.m., a brief power outage on the Lawrenceville campus resulted in multiple alarms going off. All alarms stopped except one coming from Gill Chapel. Public Safety searched the building but a cause for activation could not be found.
Bobbing for Apples
They were looking for a bruising. Between 8:15 p.m., on Oct. 17, and 8:30 a.m, on Oct. 18, a dorm room in Kroner Hall was broken into and several items were stolen. These items included two MacBook Pro laptops, an iPhone 4S and $10. There are no suspects at this time. If anyone has any information, contact Public Safety at 609-896-5029.
